Break-ins Posted on Jan 19, 2009  Comments (5) At the request of several residents the Board is looking into the cost of hiring a security firm to patrol the neigborhood. This will not be cheap and would require a special assessment. So far I have received one quote. All requests received within five business days of the monthly board meeting are considered that month. A response is provided to residents within 10 days of the board meeting. Requests may be submitted in writing to the PO Box or electronically to hugh@baypointe.org The guidelines for the community are posted on the web-site under downloads.
