Social Committee

We would like to establish a social committee for the residents on Baypointe. We plan to hold our first meeting in January. If you are interested in joining the committee please let us know via this web site. Some of the ideas to date: Santa visits, Monthly / Quarterly night out, Holiday decorating competition.....

2008 Bay Pointe Annual Meeting Results

The 2007 Bay Pointe Annual Meeting was held on October 26th 2007 at Olive B. Loss Elementary School. A quorum was achieved with 26 members attending in person and 42 voting by proxy. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the approval of our 2008 annual budget and the election of 3 members to our Board of Directors. The results are as follows.

-Not Approved – 0
-Abstain - 3
